Why we can charge less
Legacy clearinghouses often charge per transaction — which adds up fast when you're checking Medicaid eligibility for an entire roster. Cori runs Medicaid checks in scheduled batches and stores everything in a standards-based FHIR store, removing the per-check overhead that drives those costs. The savings get passed straight to you as flat, predictable pricing.
Questions buyers ask before signing up
What happens when I outgrow the Starter plan?
Nothing breaks. You can move up to Practice at any time and keep all your data and history — it's the same platform, just with automation scheduling and deductible forecasting turned on.
What is a BAA, and do you sign one?
A Business Associate Agreement is the HIPAA contract that lets a vendor handle protected health information on your behalf. Yes — a BAA is included with every Cori plan at no extra cost.
Are Medicaid checks really unlimited?
Yes. Medicaid eligibility runs in scheduled batches with no per-check cap and no per-transaction fees, on every plan.
How much are commercial (real-time) checks?
Real-time commercial eligibility checks are 15¢ each — only for the checks you actually run. There are no monthly minimums on commercial volume.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees on Starter or Practice. Developer/Enterprise IT engagements include dedicated onboarding, quoted per project.
